Transaction Terms and Conditions

Tickets for events are non-refundable. Tickets may only be refunded under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of The Queen And Albert by application in writing to us.

Where a cancellation occurs during an event there shall be no refund offered if the event has started.

The Queen And Albert accepts no liability for consequential loss as a result of a cancelled event.

Tickets for such events cannot be transferred or exchanged.

The Queen And Albert reserves the right to make offers on paid events. These cannot be applied retrospectively.

The sale of events are subject to The Queen And Albert’s right to make any alterations to the advertised time or programme as a result of circumstances beyond their control, without the obligation to exchange or refund monies.

The Queen And Albert reserves the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances.

The Queen And Albert cannot accept responsibility for the damage or loss to any personal property whilst visiting the venue. The Queen And Albert will hold any items handed in for a period of 1 week.

Any complaints should be made firstly to the organisers promptly either before or during the event.

English law shall govern all the terms and conditions.
